first do HARD RESET and try again
+ select the correct port.

Faced same problem with 5600, which is quite close I guess.
To unlock it, I first flashed phone with multiloader.
Then in z3x tool unticked "use server", selected apps file from flash files I used in multiloader, and unlocked finally.
Then I flashed again the latest firmware just for better result, and all went fine.
Maybe you can try same procedure.

where did you put the apps file? there is no app in this phone model
