i dont know my resaller for future updates and help and support for contact to resaller.
about activation etc.
is there possible to buy box from anywhere and chose resaler. i am in Malaysia and here we dont have authrized resalers in list.

hello support,box have only 1 year and worked very few times.
Please give us solution for not found smart card.
I instaled all ok,and box works fine,until 31-07-2018,curious on 29-07-2018 z3x release the update,and then the smart card stop being detected.

Hi supporters,

I have the next problem: I was working this morning with SamsungTool PRO nicely, next thing I do is update to last version and out of the blue SamsungTool PRO software says my card has no SamsungTool PRO activation. LG activation works nice, software opens and I can work fine. How this could be happening, onyl with samsung activation? Please help.

My card SN is: AAA-14AC7
