FAQ: Activation, Driver, Card problems. Read this before use BOX!

ATENTION! Box is not activated while shipping.
DON'T ASK IN FORUM ABOUT ACTIVATION. ACTIVATION CAN DO ONLY RESSELER.
Please CONTAKT to your RESSELER FOR ACTIVATION BOX.

How install, activate, downloas software. Manual rev.14.08.2018


Download setup,drivers:
1. Download z3x-box setup (drivers, shell): http://cp.z3x-team.com/static/latest_shell.exe
2. Run z3x-shell.exe.


Setup box and card drivers:
4. Connect Z3X-Box to PC
5. Install Z3X-box Drivers from folder x:\Program Files\z3x\Box drivers\
6. Install Z3X-box Drivers from folder x:\Program Files\z3x\Card drivers\


Activation and registration:
7. Run Z3X-Shell
8. Click "Card" in Z3X_Shell. Wizard will start.
9. Will make all steps from wizard.

Download necessary main software:
10. Click "Goto Support" button from Shell and download necessary software.
11. Install downloaded exe.

Start:
12. Choice phone model from list and click "Start"

Problem with cards:

If you try start Samsung Tool PRO you got message "Card damaged"
this problem can be solved by update card firmware, how to force card firmware update you can check in this link - Solution.

If you have problem - SMARTCARD not detected/Program Damaged while running software.

1. Try clean SMARTCARD pins. Try use other reader for SMARTCARD. Try reinstall drivers. Try use other PC.
2. Disconnect all other boxes, dongles and try use function repair dead card:
- If function not allowed, remove smart card before goto window with repair dead card function
- then after сhoice repair, immediately put card back and do repair.
3. If BOX under warranty - ask reseller for replace.
4. If BOX not under warranty, and last time box using was not more than 6month, and you have damaged card in hands - buy empty card and we will replace activation to new card.( old card must be in good condition, if your card have damaged or soldering place - replace not possible. in 90% case old card must be shipped to reseller for replace.)

Help, i can't update my firmware dongle card.

Updating card firmware... [socket error: 10053 or card-uprate-server offline] error

old firmware card v1.2 need to activate into v1.3 my china editor software can't open

1. Firmware card 1.3 need only for LG 3G software, so you can check "skip firmware update" in updater.exe.
2. Time of server is: 10:00-17:00 gmt+2, try in server time.
3. Try use server n2.
4. Check internet connection.

thanks my problem solved now, china editor activated.

reason: i have 2 internet connections, 1 connections down, second connections good.

About activation ask you resseler.

Who is resseller for you card?

i already contact my reseller. and they said, they already activate it. but when i tried to update (with 1.5 updater), always show error.
Updating card via Server #2... fail (service offline)
Server1 : banned or unknown card
Server3 : banned or unknown card
Assigning card to user... fail (Unknown card, contact your reseller! But login/pass is ok!)

it's already 3 days since i got this dongle.

what should i do now ???????????????????

This mean you resseler not make activation yet.
Ask resseler again.
