FAQ: Activation, Driver, Card problems. Read this before use BOX!

Sir my z3x box not update card firmware it is allways stoped at 85% my card sn is aaa406f8

Hello sir, my z3x box was working fine till yesterday, but today all of sudden it stopped working, whenever i try to open samsung tool, it shows, card not found, retry or close button.
i tried to check in z3x shell>setting and hardware tools and click show card info, it says, card not found,
i even tried to reinstall all drivers and fresh z3x software also, but still not working anything, there are only 2 lights are showing yellow and red, blue light turns on and goes off on z3x box.
can you please tell me why this problem is coming all of sudden and help me to fix this problem,

I lost my Z3X-box. For the box is not a problem, I can recover it, but for the sim with samsung pro purchased version you can retrieve it? I have the receipt of purchase Paypal.

Reset frp don't recognize phone (ADB) after click reset frp, flash again with combination file and turn on debbuging mode and flash with firmware
Go to settings and "backup and reset" and "back up my data" turn on, back and "Automatic restore" turn off, after that again "back up my data" turn off
