hello guys , i Have brand new Z3X Activated (Samsung Pro activation)


My problem is when I try unlock ((pattern lock )) s7582 and j200h ,
Only this message comes [[ADB device not selected Done with Samsung Tool PRO v.29.5]]
Samsung Tool PRO dont detect the phone

I have Z3X shell V4.8

All softwar are updated to the latest version ((SamsungToolPRO-Box Drivers-Card Drivers-Samsung Tool-z3x_shell-samsung driver))

the phone is locked with pattern lock

I do not want to format the phone


Please help, and tell me where I miss

Easy Jtag - activated 2016-07-16

Samsung Tool PRO - activated 2016-07-18

and now it doesn´t open LG or Samsung Tool Pro. The program doesn´t open.
what is the problem?
Please Explain because the card is not dead.

Need to contact with your reseller ! Only he can send request to Z3X team server with service activation at provided by you serail number smartcard !

HI Mate ! You did not mention at what OS You working !
Make sure no other devices at USB is connected ! Z3x box usually "triggeref" by programs which use COM ports
BTW... Make sure NET.framenetwork at least 3.5 is installed; ActiveX, Microsoft c++ redistrictable 2010 +,
But guess most important will be reinstall Smartcard drivers as Your issue sounds like box dont see/read content of Smartcard thats why You can not login (just guessing without even take a look at it)

AT Win7 64 bit had struggle download anyfile from z3x server so goes back to 32bit and work is more fluidness with z3x box/software ! Perchaps hardware issue ?

May somebody with more experience with z3x box can say anything more but as far as I had tested Z3x soft at win32bit in my case works the best !

I got an reply "Card does not Support this activation"

Hardware wizard also does not help.I can not choose option "add activation"

From Your post I can see U have only Samsung activation.... if You have old type of smartcard only purchase of new one can solve the problem !
If You have new one... than contact with Your reseller or directly write mail to Z3xX team !
