Write in Google "GEMALTO", read which is your SO, downloader the correct READER drivers for your SO and after that have the READER driver GEMALTO, use the CARD DRIVERS, all work, your problem in Wizard is when the READER not READ your card, ok?

i will try to dowload gemalto , but i think I did it before.
But the version I don't know anymore.
I will give a try again!

I can't make all steps from wizard.
The driver doesn't install
The reseller told me , the card is activated.
I bought my box from GPG industry.
Why dont you find the solution for this problem?
Smartcard driver not always succed to install!
I am STUCKED!
Please HELP

z3x team should make there product user friendly, this reseller activation is also delaying my work now, got box for more than a week now and still box not activated. i dont see any lapse of security if we end users could activate our boxes by ourselves, please put this into consideration. thanks
