My box has been activated, but when i click on Install/update all or Go to support,, then it show error ""Unable to login at support: Data error! May be try again"""" why???

had the same problem a while ago, i took out the sim card from the z3x box and put it in a separate pkey reader, pluged in the z3x box and the pkey (with the z3x sim in) and never had a problem since.
hope this helps. I assume you have had it working at some stage with the sim in the the z3x box.

hi all
i am also facing this problem i tried all trick but no luck
and even mr BLANG dont answer
we are facing lots of trouble but no support from z3x team.

very strange
1] i need some flash files but when i run shell > support files > type models
there are showing lots of wanted files, but when i want to download its give me above error
2] and when i login z3x website and select models desire files are missing
these files showing in shell>support files (first in the world)

i guess the z3x team dont have proper files collections, and even they dont have enough man power to serve customer after selling boxes.
they are verry busy to just give us updates they dont care if we are not able to get proper support, and lost our market.

we buy your product its our mistake but we dont want to begging you from support.
this is not any complaint if you feel ggod to help us, then just help.
and if you dont like just ban us like ufs do with thier customers.
