Fingerprint not working after writing CERT sm n910F Please help ! - GSM-Forum

Hello people , i have a little problem , after writing a cert. to a samsung galaxy note 4 (SM N910F) , the fingerprint dosent working , ( i think that was not workin before ) ... I tryed to write diferet cert's with 2 boxes but same problem .
I also tryed form service menu to : Force EFS sync , nvm rebuild , next I make a golden backup and after i leared efs and restore-it ... but same problem ...

If someone know a solution please help me ..
I need the solution to be working on android 6.0.1 because the update was maked.
( Please sorry my english! ! )

Strange but why not trying to flash the phone and see

I flash and reflash the phone multiple times ...the problem persists..
And I also i notice another problem , the signal is verry weak .
