Firwamre update error after 4% it stuck....

This seems to be the new shell error

Its not liking the cards now

My re seller is in contact with them and are working to fix this

Did a live test with them today so thay could see y the server was giving this error

Should have a fix soon i hope

I have this problem with my last delivery of z3x box, 2 out of 10 box had this problem.
Today i received 15 boxes and 13 have this problem, stop card update at 4% Fail: it is not a Z3X team card.

Call the reseller, he swear all the boxes are active, it is the z3x team server problem. WTF ??
Someone goto sort this problem, is bad for business

"3 TRIES" "NOT Z3X CARDD" WHAT is happening, i try use OLD SHELL?

Ask supplier Jxxxx today to replace card, he tell me they dont have any z3x card and Z3X team dont have any z3x card in stock, ask me just wait 7 -10 for problem to be fix.

Can i tell customer 7 -10 all problem solved ? or tell customer they can have a refund in 10 days ?

This is bad for business, i report this problem 4 weeks ago but no one listen, Jxxxx tell me is my PC drivers problem !!!
I test 10 boxes, 8 ok and 2 stop at 4% and tell me is my pc driver problem ??
