Hello everyone, I bought the new Z3X box and cables and I can not solve a problem with a Samsung E2550.

I have to change the language of the firmware, connection cable called J750 that is the one that communicates with the phone and then crush of firmware, all with the latest Samsung Tools and appears this request:

hold * and # on your phone keybord while connecting it, just when it appears from tool.

don't release keys, it should connect then send loaders then reconnect, after you can release both keys.

J750 is uart.

You can use usb samsung original cable for this purpose.

Nothing, E210 does not communicate with either, if I put it in Tat mode with J750 and try to get it to communicate later with E210 usb which also communicates the same, the problem is I'm having to activate absurd usb cable that does not exist.

Ok, try to find an original samsung usb cable.

I assume you start in business, you'll see you'll have to get stuff very often, and you can't work properly only with cables that are supplied with your box.

When you have it, retry and post log in here.
