Flash TWRP and use it to backup the data partition, then flash full stock, reset data/cache, and make sure the phone boots up.
Finally flash TRWP recovery again, and restore the data partition only.

flashed the stock firmware and hard reset, phone alive,
flashed twrp-3.1.0-0-herolte.img.tar custom recovery and other versions, then phone hang again, can't hard reset (error).
also in twrp backup menu, it's writen in (data) that phone storage is not included.

all i did is flash stock firmware hard reset then bring phone to custumer (can't backup data)

Well yeah in TWRP recovery you first have to FORMAT data in order to decrypt it and only then can you back it up. But unfortunately that process will erase exactly what you're trying to save... catch 22... uhhh
If you would have first try to flash it with full stock using the HOME-CSC, you may have been able to boot up to backup the data.
Guess it's too late now... but then again the phone maybe has a hardware problem which is not fixable.
