flashing s3653 error

Timeout Timeout FAIL Elapsed time: 171 second, SW ver: 3.5.0029 battery is fully charger and i connect directly to PC not to z3x box because it was giving error?? but with multiloader i have done??? i want to know what is the error in z3x box?
