If you have it voided (0x01(void)), then you can't unlock this phone with MSL. 1. Phone must be powered on. 2. Type *#0808# and select 'DM+ACM+ADB'. 3. Run dialer and type *#0*# (service mode will apear). 4. Connect the phone to USB cable, choose correct COM port in port settings. 5. Press 'Unlock' button. 6. Paste MSL code in new opened window and press 'OK'. Reading codes using sever: Phone must be rooted! If the software can't root the phone automatically, then you must root your device manually. 1. Power on the phone. 2. Tap 7 times on 'Build number' in 'Settings'-'About phone' to enable 'Developer options', go to 'Settings'-'Developer options' and enable 'USB debugging'. 3. Connect the phone to PC with USB cable, install drivers if needed. 4. Select device in ADB settings. 5. Press 'Read Codes via server' button, write your login and password in window if it will apear. (Login and password will be saved as default after first input and can be changed in settings.) Mr. Blang is right, Knox=1 cannot unlock. However to save time and headache especially for beginners, maybe you could stop the process during phone info read if the knox flag=1 or Product code: xxx is not on the server supported list. Just a suggestion, of course you do whatever you want. | |

Why says that, because i pay 60usd for nothing. Please refund my money. |
