G130H No Service and Emergency Calls Only - GSM-Forum

Hello,
is there any way to fix Samsung G130H Network problem ?
some times No Service ,some times Emergency Calls Only !!!

when i tried an emergency call ,just staied on Dialling... without answer .

i used Patch Certificate ,write CERT (other Cert) ,But no thing changes !!!

Hello Team and friends ,
is there some one for help ??!
i flashed the phone with different FW before Patch Certificate and write CERT (other Cert) ,but the problem not fixed .
