unlock error

UNLOCK INSTRUCTIONS:
Micro-USB cable:
1. Phone must be powered on.
2. Type *#0808# and select 'DM+MODEM+ADB'.
3. Type *#9090# and choose 'DM/DUN over HSIC'.
4. Reboot phone.
Or use 'Activate Diag' function from 'Repair' tab.
5. Connect USB cable, install drivers if needed.
6. Select Samsung diagnostic port in port settings.
7. Press 'Unlock' button for direct unlock.

Operation: Unlock
Selected model: SM-G360G
Selected port: COM65 SAMSUNG Mobile USB Serial Port
Software version: 23.4

Reading phone info...
Reading IMEI... OK
IMEI: 356090065699051
Reading security... new type
Bypassing... OK
Unlocking... error

why there's diag mode not supported in *#9090# ?
i've activated diag mode via repair tab, but stil no diag mode....

There's no enable cp option from recovery,
*#7284# not working, *#9090# diag mode not support (even i've enable diag mode)
It's ver 4.4.4 from telstra.
Really weird....

try ##3424# and msl code insert, tap Qualcomm USB Settings and tap DM+MODEM+ADB

Today i got the same model again, and the same telstra v.4.4.4, before was returned.
