First flash this file on ap

Then turn your phone on then connect to a wifi or mobile data and tap next then it will ask you to sign in the samsung account previously synced, just sign in with any working samsung account then you'll see the deactivate button then deactivate and congrats you are done. Now you'll be taken to the home screen.

If you are not able to sign in that way you can use sidesync and goto the samsung apps and download any app and it will ask you to sign in a samsung account and sign any working account again.
