hi all why when i try to reset google activation it always gives error. any help please

First use a older frmware and then root the phone.

Or you can use a Firm pre rooted
G531FXXU1AOF7_ROOT_SYSTEM.ZIP

turn off ur phone
do a factory reset + wipe cache
after that get ur phone into Download mode
flash ( G531FXXU1AOH1_G531FOXX1AOH1_XEF_Android_5.1.1 )
then do FRP reset
ur problem will be solved !

Flash this FW "G531FXXU1AOH1" then repeat FRP.

download and flash with this firmware

G531FXXU1AOH1_Prerooted_System_v5.1.1_Fixed.tar.md 5

do frp

alwas done

do a factory reset + wipe cache
after that get ur phone into Download mode
flash ( G531FXXU1AOH1_G531FOXX1AOH1_XEF_Android_5.1.1 )
then do FRP reset
ur problem will be solved !
