G550T1 MetroPCS Unlock Probelm! - GSM-Forum

Hello guys,
How are you all?,

Today i got one G550T1 MetroPCS phone,
Phone has PL1 build, and Z3X doesn't support that build for unlocking,
Tried to Downgrade the modem to the only available earlier build PF1,
But as a result of Downgrading, Baseband is "Unknown",

this samsung metro pcs lock can only via device unlock app server service...price $30-40...i have 2 services unlock time within 6-24hours or 12-48hours..payment via paypal

This phone can be unlocked with z3x as well.

z3x does unlock this unit like a charm, no matter what sw's running on, 1APF1 or 2APL1, unlock can get achieve on both. Something's wrong with your box or your pc. I hope after the root exploit and the nonsense downgrade you made an appropiate EFS, CERT and NV DATA., with those files you can easily fix your handset problem.

Hi friend you were able to fix this problem, I was trying to unlock but i forgot step and erase original imei I´ve unlocked many phones Metro PCS but I dont know what happened with this, I´m trying to insert a CERT but it give me the same problem like you I dont know why..."downgrade modem if possible

Good day friends, I also tried to unlock by octoplus, something went wrong because now he does not recognize imei and the baseband is unknown, I do not have the backup, someone can help

Good day I have the same broblema after trying to unlock in the octoplus does not recognize the modem nor serial, when trying to repair efs in z3x does not detect modem, please someone can help?

Unlock Procedure is pretty simple...all you guys need to do is flash using twrp and install supersu....then direct unlock on ADB...

I have unlocked more than 12 sets..no problems with any of them...no what matter modem its on..as long as you're rooted..
