G800y unlock problem

Yesterday the client bring back the cellphone with signal problem. The phone show full bar of signal but it only appear emergency call only. When I try to call it say not register in the network. The Z3X doesn't have network repair for the G800Y. I need an immediately solution for the client. Thanks!!!
