He did write cert but he did not read info with new imei from cert file.

You must enable developer settings and USB debugging within that menu.

If its not available in settings then just go to Setting>About phone> and there you have build number - press it 4-5 times to enable developer settings.

From operation log inside Samsung Tool application you can always see where problem is.

i actived debbugging usb... but not function...

i think the reinstallar all software.. have you guide spep by step for installation good??

windows 7 is good or windows xp?? thansk

p.s my box have installed but smart card have not installend in windows... have normal??

Windows 7 should be your choice for Z3X. Is your phone detected in Windows when you connect USB cable?

As for reinstallation, that should not be necessary, check connection between phone and PC please. br

Try read info two times ( from within Samsung Tool application ) then do desired operation. That is - if phone is detected in device manager.
