UNLOCK INSTRUCTIONS:
Micro-USB cable:
1. Phone must be powered on.
2. Type *#0808# and select 'DM+MODEM+ADB'.
3. Type *#9090# and choose 'DM/DUN over HSIC'.
4. Reboot phone.
Or use 'Activate Diag' function from 'Repair' tab.
5. Connect USB cable, install drivers if needed.
6. Select Samsung diagnostic port in port settings.
7. Press 'Unlock' button for direct unlock.

could you give my some hints.
I did unlock domestic on my galaxy s5 g900p, but when i put the Tmobile sim card in, the phone still says "Invalid Sim Card".

you did not see different in log?

update phone firmware to any android 5.x and unlock again.

thank you Blang.
i did update to the 5.0. the unlock was successful, and no more "Invalided Simcard" , but i has a red "X" on the signal bar. i tried everything even though turn on the GCF, and wrote a new cert on the phone but it still has a "X"
