G900T CAN NOT Activate Diag function AND NO ANSWER FROM PHONE !!! - GSM-Forum

hi every one i can not unlock g900t with firmware G900TUVS1FOL1_G900TTMB1FOL1_TMB_5.1.1
i try to Activate Diag function manwaly by *#*#9090# but it say not support

her is log

UNLOCK INSTRUCTIONS:
Micro-USB cable:
1. Phone must be powered on.
2. Type *#0808# and select 'DM+MODEM+ADB'.
3. Type *#9090# and choose 'DM/DUN over HSIC'.
4. Reboot phone.
Or use 'Activate Diag' function from 'Repair' tab.
5. Connect USB cable, install drivers if needed.
6. Select Samsung diagnostic port in port settings.
7. Press 'Unlock' button for direct unlock.

Operation: Unlock
Selected model: SM-G900T
Selected port: COM4 Z3X BOX Serial Port
Software version: 27.7

Reading phone info... no answer from phone

Done with Samsung Tool PRO v.27.7

what can i do ??

Follow what the the Z3X box says: " Or use 'Activate Diag' function from 'Repair' tab"
