dear supporter i got samsung s6 g920a with samsung account i manege to reset samsung account by frp reset botton on soft phone goes to menu and as usual memory of phone goes to 8gb storage, i want to perform factor reset from menu but phone promp me for samsung account again, how to skip this cause if i perform factory reset with botton combination samsung accoung goes back to phone

make hard reset and walla i had the same problem a few days ago

phone dont have oem unlock option only adb on deverloper options

phone samsung acc there no oem u need to remove samsung acc via box use combin

i already put combination package reset phone from there than reflash with full firmware phone remains locked to samsung account, if i use frp reset phone goes in to menu but promp for pass and user for samsung when i hit delete all, phone dont have oem unlock on developers department, i try any method on you tube without success
