Member: 2146046 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 62 | G920A Unlock / Read CERT Security Damaged (1) Error HELP PELASE! I have a G920A (S6 for AT&T) here. I have unlocked many of these phones without a problem through Z3X. I have a G920A here that I am trying to unlock and during the Unlock Process I get an error that says "Checking NV data...error - Security Damaged (1)" What does this error mean? I have never seen it before. How can I fix it?? This happens when trying to Read CERT as well. Here is the log. Waiting ADB device... OK Reading phone info... Model: SAMSUNG-SM-G920A Android version: 5.1.1 Product code: Phone version: G920AUCU3BOI2 PDA version: G920AUCU3BOI2 CSC version: G920AATT3BOI2 CSC country code: USA CSC sales code: ATT HW version: Phone S/N: 00000000000 Modem board: SHANNON333 RF cal date: IMEI: Checking Super user right... true Initializating zTool... OK Checking NV data... error Security damaged (1) Done with Samsung Tool PRO v.25.3 Is this a hardware problem? My IMEI is also messed up...How can I restore my original IMEI? I have no idea what happened. Please Help |

Member: 285890 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 72 | "Phone S/N: 00000000000" you have reset the EFS, your phone is already unlocked, anyway not possible with z3x to read cert under that condition. only option is writing nv_data backup to restore security. |

Member: 2146046 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 62 | Pretty sure this phone cant be fixed guys. I sadly did not Backup Original Cert and now phone IMEI is 3500000000000000. I dont think I can fix this? Thanks for the help everyone! |
