Operation you show is not writing cert, you are patching cert. Can you tell if you got "no service" or only "emergency calls only"?
3 simple steps to try to solve: Flash your phone and make a factory reset. Root. Perform "Write CERT" with a valid CERT file.
Comment any new.

G920F doesn't uses QCN becouse it is Exynos with Shannon modem, not Qualcomm.
