hello, everyone i have the model above. emergency calls, no service

in phone menu no sim toolkit available but when when i insert a simcard

says 'simcard insert restart' but after restart network never came. imei, baseband all ok. Is this a software issue or hardware

Hello, if imei status and baseband are ok from service mode.

Have you changed imei or have you tried to change imei with a different cert from the original imei and after the operation it is still emergency calls?

Or is it the original IMEI of the phone?

Have you checked that the imei code is not blacklisted or blocked by the operator and works only with that specific sim card?

Have you tried flashing a different firmware and the network still has emergency calls?

have you tried to insert different sim cards that is not a sim problem that doesn't work?

If none of these questions have been found, the problem is hardware and not software.
