G920FW Problem flashing - GSM-Forum

I've tried many times flash an g920W8 but always error

Operation: Flash
Selected model: SM-G920W8
Software version: 26.7

File analysis... OK
Total file size: 0xCABACEE0 (3243 Mb)
Searching USB Flash Interface... detected COM45
Setup connection... OK
Reading PIT from phone... OK
Sending sboot.bin... error timeout

Done with Samsung Tool PRO v.26.7

Any Idea ??

Does phone goes to REcovery? Use that FW to Flash phone or Use Smart Switch to update FW(Recovery).

Yes, phone goes to recovery, but no understand why you ask this !
I want to add languages to phone flashing it because only have english and chinese , but customer need in spanish.
I try with box and with odin but error always
