Hi. I received an G920L with this problem:

enter password instead of using fingerprint recognition after restarting device to protect fingerprints

He told me that form one momenth to another get this, and he was not changed the password, but is not working. He doesnt want to loose the data. What we can do in this case?

Its possible to remove this screen lock without loose data?

try reset pattern lock buttom in unlock tab

I tried reset pattern lock but didn't work for me for phone password reset.

Did you resolve anything for this case? I need the photos stored in the phone. I can do a reset and get everything back, but I really need the photos, how can I save the photos??? can you please help
