G920P 5.1.1, Read QCN failed on backup NV - GSM-Forum

This is from a rooted kernel, also tried another clean, untouched phone, still got error on reading NV, please help. Reset Backup EFS also failed, please help.

I tried put in 16dig factory unlock code and unlock in DFS, and still failed on backing up NV. And cannot read full QCN.

Actually, after unlock with 16dig password in DFS, QPST can read the QCN out, but failed to write at 11%, and said "received an invalid command from the phone".
And finally had to dd back the three m9kefs patitions to get everyting back to original.

I tried both a rooted unikernal and a intact clean phone, and the clean phone did get through once and gave me a full QCN file, but when I tried again, it failed, weird?

And the rooted phone always failed.

Both of them came with a 5.1.1 update, one on OI1 and the other one is on OF7.
Please help!!!
