G920P Custom binary blocked by frp download mode problem

I have an S6 G920P with a custom binary blocked FRP error and it just reboots, i usually just flash a stock ROM and its good to go. This one however will go into the first part of download mode but when i go to press volume up to continue the button does nothing, neither up nor down. I made the assumption that the buttons must be bad but when i went into recovery mode they worked fine I cant charge the phone as i get the same FRP message with the battery icon and it just loops over and over again and it is never recognized by the computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you can Go to Recovery Mode then Volume buttons work, try Wipe Date, Wipe Cache or put DL using Z3X.

Had already done all that before I posted, turned out to be a hardware issue. The home button doesn't work though I have no idea how that influences the volume up button. But I applied some heat and when I hit the home button a few times it gave me the serial info from there when I smashed a few buttons it went to download mode and i was able to flash the stock rom, though it was for nothing as the customer has forgotten her account info and at the moment FRP by pass doesnt work with Z3X or anything else.

downgrade your phone your problem is solve after downgrading remove frp just do it

if 7.0 downgrade it to 6.0.1 and remove frp by tool or octopus frp tool , eft and others
