G920T no sound when calling

I have a G920T on 5.1.1 and every time I place a call there's no ringer and on the other side the call is received but no sound either, there's no sound from both ways, I flashed modem file and still no sound, when it receives a call the ringtone sounds but when someone calls I can't hear them and they can't hear me, I even writed an NV_data I had from other phone and I got IMEI Null I writed Cert to fix that but still same issue, any idea guys.

Thank you for the advice but Knox was already tripped and i already got it back to work

Strange because I have used the Unikernel and the only problem I had is that the customers tell me that their phones when they're on wifi the 4G turns on consecutively, have you had this issue?
