G925t imei repair bypass msl error 2

Hello everyone, I have a galaxy s6 and and a galaxy s6 edge that both need IMEI Repair! they are both on the new 5.1.1 lollipop and I have successfully rooted them. when I try to write the cert file, it goes fine, reboots the phone, comes back on and gives me bypass msl.... error 2! I dont know why this is happening! it always worked on any firmware prior to 5.1.1 but it will not get passed the bypass msl! can anyone shed some light!

Thank You.
