Hi

Have a customer who has an S7, they have shown me phone is definitely theirs as have seen their contract and after reseting has aksed for Gmail A/C and password, he has entered and just saying use an account associated with this device. He is adamant that is the correct account.

Anyway I'm assuming only option is FRP removal through Z3X but Will this work on S7? have been reading through lots of posts where hasnt worked and also other models similar issues or device not even turning on after.

Can someone please let me know if method i have is correct;

1. Download correct combo file for phone
2. Flash downloaded file in Tar format in PDA / AP tab in ODIN
3. go to setting and turn on USB Debugging
4. Turn off phone and put in download mode
5. Reset Frp through Z3X
6. Flash phone with normal firmware

Is that all correct and safe to do?

anybody help i write combination file make frp reset simple frp ok erase after resset frp on if i make frp reset ee in download mode download the file from server write on phone than wait for adb but not found and the phone is in bootloader blocked ,i have s7 edge and s7 simple!pls help
