You have to run Repair Network.

It's pretty much useless though since after hard reset or sometimes even after a simple reboot status becomes NG.

What I meant was Repair the IMEI then Patch Cert.

It's very simple
1 first flash with any rom **************
2 Root
3 repair imei
4 patch cert
Reboot

After repair imei and patch cert network is ok ,but if the sim card is removed and hard reset,the patch cert is gone and back to No Network ? Any solution ?
