nothing just show file loading symbol then .... downloading not start ,but downloading count is decreasing

also latest shell am used and below screen shot tell about both shell download and torent download reslt torent speed is very slow yester i started but still going like a snail

Thats mean problems with your isp if you able to download files, but with low speed.
