this phone can not be unlocked with z3x don't want time.
phone wiped by other tool and have damaged efs or more important data.
dont waste time

No support ,, there is not any error in these phones.. are two new phones with the same error..
I unlocked one with octopus box without problem rigth now ... please fix this problem... and let me know for unlock the second one !!!!

sorry. we not doing wiped phones and we doing wipe for unlock phone like others.
this phone will not be unlocked with z3x.

I only correct you about the condition of the phones... Both phones was unboxed for me t-mobile phoned 100% new... is impossible was wiped first or EFS damaged .. is only th e point that i trying to explain you support.. then if the phones are NEW 100% and unboxed for me how can get both phones EFS damaged ,... is impossible.. please Fix that... if you ned a log or more information i can help you

if you sure phone fresh not touched, try refresh phone using last version, and power on.

try repeat unlock. lets see.
