if i check to the tmobile server(https://www.t-mobile.com/verifyIMEI.aspx) and the message from there is" Your device is blocked and will not work on T-Mobile’s network"

should i submit it for unlock with z3x?

you can submit for unlock but you will have to clean the imei or you wont be able to use in usa

If phone is outside usa then you can unlock but if in usa you'll need to clean imei
