g950 After imei repair update and no network

I have G950F U5 bit on u2 bit i repair imei and patch cert then customer update this fon to U5 bit security 1 september 2019 the i can't root this phone and i can't patch cert. What i shut do it ?

Root the phone using twrp custom recovery, and flash magisk , or create custom boot from magisk

i can't flash twrp becouse KG State and RM State are prenormal (after date set RM State are checking but still KG problem)
