G950U unlock succesfull but no signal


Hello Z3X Team pls help me with G950U AT&T unlock
I use unlock by server and was done successfully but no signal on phone

UNLOCK INSTRUCTIONS:
Unlocking with original MSL code:
Warning! Knox warranty must be active (0x00)!
If you have it voided (0x01(void)), then you can't unlock this phone with MSL.
1. Phone must be powered on.
2. Type *#0808# and select 'DM+ACM+ADB'.
3. Run dialer and type *#0*# (service mode will apear).
4. Connect the phone to USB cable, choose correct COM port in port settings.
5. Press 'Unlock' button.
6. Paste MSL code in new opened window and press 'OK'.

Reading codes using sever:
1. Power on the phone.
2. Tap 7 times on 'Build number' in 'Settings'-'About phone' to enable 'Developer options',
go to 'Settings'-'Developer options' and enable 'USB debugging'.
3. Connect the phone to PC with USB cable, install drivers if needed.
4. Select device in ADB settings.
5. Press 'Read Codes via server' button, write your login and password in window if it will apear.
(Login and password will be saved as default after first input and can be changed in settings.)

next time before any activation with locked phone very simple
type *#0011# to see what problem phone have.
