The problem is that phone is tmobile, i. Product code last 3 words TMB means tmobile, flash a tmobile software back to it. Make sure when u put a non tmobile simcard a text telling you your phone can be unlock remotelly appear and then use the option for tmo via server... there is no way to introduce codes on this phone
