When then phone goes into ramdump mode and you see the message "waiting for diag/cp/ramdump mode", just un-plug and re-plug the phone to see if that helps. I have to do it every time I do an unlock.

1- install the latest drivers from samsung 1.5.65.0 2- try another cable and computer 3- dial *#0808# and select RMNET + DM + MODEM 4- enable usb debugging from developer options. good luck

Interestingly on some systems even if you have done those steps when the phone goes into ramdump mode, the device manager displays the modem port with a yellow triangle, but once you un-plug and re-plug the cable everything continues smoothly. It's a really weird issue but at least the workaround is a simple un-plug, re-plug... lol
