As for me server error always, both version 9.4 and in the 9.1.

I guess this is because you donot reboot your phone after entering *#7284# ... read the instructions on the phone when you type this code ...

The phone is required to reboot after you type the *#7284#

then type *#9090# and then press unlock ... ur phone will be unlocked as mine ...

Hi - I seem to missing something as I cant get this to work. I followed the instructions to the letter but still get - no answer from phone.

1. Enter code *#7284# - choise phone usb.
ok
2. Enter code *#9090# - choise usb diag. (or *#197328640# -> 9 -> 4 -> usb diag ) then reboot phone
*#9090# doesnt work for me so I enter *#197328640# but there is no option 9 ? - it only goes up to 7
3. Connect cable. Setup drivers
4. Select Diagnostic port in port settings
Where is Diagnostic port ?? Z3X software or on phone ??
5. Press Unlock SP button.

Can anyone please let me know what i am doing wrong ??

install samsung kais first, after install kais you can unlock smoothly
