I can confirm thats correct, just made sure with another piece I had lying around. @ECS87 has provided with a file which should remove the EE message on the G925F. I will try and update as soon as possible

Definietly possible, although I'm not sure how it works on HTC. You might need to unlock boot loader first. Anyways if you post your partition layout Im sure somebody will help you. Somewhere on this thread theres a guide on how to display the partition layout.

Thank you for doing the legwork. I've been swamped with work from both the digital world and the real works. Yes, if this partition map is accurate, the file I posted for the G920T should also work for other G920 variants as well as the G925 variants.

As stated in the post above mine, you will need to unlock your bootloader to load a custom recovery (unless you have a kernel level root that works) and root the device. You will then need to either post a layout of your partition map, or find a partition map from a HTC M9.

So far the only issue I seem to be facing when using the Bat file is the android device appears as offline because the phone hasn't accepted the RSA keys and there is no way to in recovery mode. Has anyone managed to get passed that?

The phone will be recognised by "adb devices" but appears in "offline" state.

iMoG, you might be using a old version of ADB. The old version won't recognize the device as online. Try the adb files out of the newer Google Android SDK.

I had a little bit of time today so I tried your advice by updating Android SDK to the latest available version, the phone also had TWRP recovery installed. Unfortunately its still not possible to input commands as the phone insists the device is offline. From what I've read online it states its pretty much impossible unless you manually give the phone permission (RSA Keys - Always allow after turning on USB Debugging)

Anyways I will keep trying to see if I can find an alternate solution or to get yours working. Thanks for all the support so far

EDIT: My ADB version is 1.0.32

What about u try root phone with cf-auto-root then factory reset via recovery, let the phono boot into system and as quick as u can put phone into flight mode and enable usb debugging....i am not sure if it will work, not sure if ee message is coming on straight away or not....another option will be to flash some custom fw with usb debuging enabled, in custom rom. Or maybe flash twrp backup where usb debuging is enabled. Let me know how its going. I can try to make twrp backup of my phone with usb debuging enabled.

just try this today Mr iMoG, i think you have not considered my reply much. well let me break it down for you, can not get simpler than this.

1. flash your phone with custom recovery TWRP.
2. go to Advance>file Manager "you will see adb port is detected."
3. i have uploaded the adb files. "you dont need the whole SDK updating."
4. open command prompt and go to the ADB folder i have uploaded.
5. write these following commands.

adb.exe kill-server
adb.exe start-server
adb.exe shell
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/sda13
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/sda11

6. after inputing these commands ,, do a factory reset.

and you are happy to go. ofcourse all credits goes to "ecs87"

Im sorry I must have missed your previous reply. I followed the whole command step by step until it comes to ADB shell, it says "The device if offline"

This time I only used the ADB files issued with the batch file. The phone is also working as usual, TWRP installed properly. The computer also detects it. So far I have tried

1) Changing USB port
2) Changing USB cable
3) Trying on another PC
