Member: 2076039 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 648 | I've posted all that I need for the G800 series phones. As soon as someone can tell me the partition numbers I can create the files needed to move forward. No one has told me the partition numbers yet. |

Member: 2076039 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 648 | I've got what I needed today for the g800f. However...it doesn't accept the file through download mode. Go figure. Here's a batch file to get rid of it (unzip the contents to the same folder and run the bat file) G800FComputraceFix. Keep in mind that you need to QUICKLY enable usb debugging (or mtp+adb) and you must be rooted. After using the .bat file immediately reboot/power off. DO NOT LET IT BOOT INTO ANDROID. Flash a FULL firmware file (current build or newer, don't try to downgrade most likely you will soft brick if you do) and immediately after its done boot into recovery (DONT LET IT BOOT INTO ANDROID) and wipe data and cache. Now you can boot into android and the lock should be wiped away. For those who want to say "thanks", hitting the thank button is sufficient (to not clutter up the thread). Member: 2346019 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | could we able to upload this file through custom recovery mode? because as song as we turn on the phone the same EE logo comes. i am suggesting "adb sideload" if thats possible? |

Member: 2076039 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 648 | The user who helped me get the files tested it out. There is a short window where you can enable adb. You're not doing it fast enough. You should be able to use a custom recovery and ADB, but I didn't test it with that method due to the users computer picking up the phone as MTP in recovery (rejected the adb drivers) And most likely there won't be an Odin Flashable fix for the G800F. The instructions above aren't even that difficult. Especially for disabling an account lock. |

Member: 76643 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1606758 Thanks Meter: 21 | problem solution thanks Ecs87, i am the user who tested the g800f solution. it's still working fine till now and i think it won't came back. yes, for the other users that want to fix that crapy software, you should have patience and flash inject several times the file ECS87 shared here, but keep in mind that you need to take battery and cable out as soon as batch is writen, and then do factory reset and full flashing untill you see that is not comming, because at first, after 2 or 3 writings software still came but randomly and sometimes you could push the back button but after few minutes absolut computance software still block the phone. but if you do it fast enought and have some time to spent you will solve the problem. Good luck to all and give a BIG THANKS to ECS87 !! |
