Galaxy note 4 failing to flash - GSM-Forum

I have a galaxy note 4 N910H iam trying to flash and i get the folowing message

File analysis... OK
Total file size: 0xE06BE0EB (3590 Mb)
Searching USB Flash Interface... detected COM19
Setup connection... OK
Reading PIT from phone... OK
Sending sboot.bin... error timeout

Done with Samsung Tool PRO v.25.1.

iam trying to flash it to lollipop 5.1.1.any idea what might be wrong??

try 4 file rom with pit file

or u have damaged emmc

thansk a lot.it did work but there is one problem.its just hanging on galaxy note 4 and rebooting without going any further.what the next thing i can do

u tried recovery mode

do hard reset

tried everything but not booting.still in boot loop.tried writing the 5.1.1 stock rom but getting sboot bin error.iam now stuck.please help me.

tried all that and it failed.had to settle for marshmellow update and it worked.however iam now stuck with a phone that is failing to repair imei.
