galaxy note2 I307M on *#9090# nothing shows on screen, SERVICE MODE only
 

I try to unlock galaxy note2 I307m usb cable with
z3x box and I select DM+MODEM+ADB
and seve restart not rebooting
if i try code *#9090# nothing shows on screen, just it say SERVICE MODE but nothing else
desplay is a black only any solutions please help !!!!!!
