we work on this. i think will be added in next update.

I had this problem on i9100 only twice. And both times phone had blank imei and unknown baseband before any operation. And both cases was water demaged phones...otherwise i never had this problem with normal (not water demaged) phones. And i have done loads of them sucsessfully. So i think that this problem is more likely HW releated. Was the imei and BB ok before imei repair? Also try using older version of samsungtool (v12.1 or 10.8.7), looks like different method is used in older version..............corect me mr. Blang if i am wrong.

Water damaged phone has a domino effect in phone incase it will be repaired....
