the way to work with i9100 imei repair which worked with me is...

1-install samsung tool version 12.1 or 12.2(not 12.4,as in 12.4 android processes are bit different then old versions)
2-Unlock fone selecting unlock_ROOT.
3-select repair efs nd click on repair
and shld be done now
if not
4-click on repair without selecting repair efs nd type imei thats it you are DONE.
