I have a problem with root 4.3.

I rooted with odin 3.07 and CF-Auto Root succesfully but when I want to unlock it`s stuck on "Checking Super User right"

I followed these steps but when i reached this one (Step 11), the phone did reboot but then returned to the screen showing the Android robot and:

Downloading...
Do not turn off target!!

I have tried removing the battery for 10 minutes with no external power, but it just restarted to the same screen. Anyone have any idea what I can do now?

Not meaning to Hijack the thread, but I followed the process using Odin in the third or fourth post. At first, the program crashed on my computer after starting, which of course failed it. I unplugged, restarted, and tried again. now it goes from Recovery to Fail! in Odin. This is a friend's phone, any advice before I have to buy him a new one? I have done it before but can't remember how to. I have an S3 running 4.3
