Galaxy S3 sgh-i747m MSL... error

Trying to repair the IMEI on S3 (SGH-I747M).
I tried without rooting the phone first then I rooted the phone. I keep getting "MSL... error" message.
Am I missing something? Do I need to downgrade the firmware to 4.3?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Just an update about this issue. In case someone else wants to do the same thing.
Tried both 20.5 and 19.1.
20.5 - 'Resetting MSL Security' step went fine but got 'Bypass MSL... error' again when I started repair.
19.1 - worked just fine.

So, the 19.1 version was the solution for my problem.
Thanks again everyone for the help. You made my day.
